Welcome to the Ontario Municipal Administrators' Association
website!
Our membership is comprised of individuals who exercise
all-encompassing management responsibilities for their Municipal
Corporation. The members of the OMAA are dedicated to the concept of
effective, democratic local government by responsible elected officials.
They strive to enhance the value of the municipal order of government by
promoting continuous improvement in municipal government administration
and leadership excellence in local public service throughout
Ontario.
The annual activities of OMAA are guided by a Mission Statement
“To Facilitate CAO networks that connect people, knowledge and
opportunities”. Action is spelled out in accordance with our
Strategic Plan.
OMAA’s focus on its Vision
for “Excellence in municipal CAO Leadership and Management”
is at the core of Association business.
