The Ministry of Child and Youth Services is seeking feedback to contribute to the development of a new Poverty Reduction Strategy through province-wide consultations and an online survey until October 4, 2013.

The Ministry of Children and Youth Services has announced the launch of province-wide consultations to inform the development of a second five-year Poverty Reduction Strategy. The Strategy will build off the previous plan, Breaking the Cycle: Ontario's Poverty Reduction Strategy, which was launched in 2008.

The Ministry is holding community consultations until October 4, 2013. Tools for individuals and organizations to conduct their own community consultations will also be available online soon, and individuals also encouraged to provide feedback through an online survey.
