Today Premier Wynne released all the mandate letters that outline the key priorities for every Cabinet Minister and their respective ministry.

The thirty letters focus on the government’s work expected to be completed over the next four years. They contain the priority provincial initiatives – many of which were stated in the government’s Throne speech, 2014 Budget, and in their election platform. They do not necessarily include all the activities such as the regular work expected to be done by each ministry and mandated reviews of various legislation.

AMO is in the process of reviewing these letters. Should there be any surprises or unexpected gaps, we will let you know shortly. The AMO Board of Directors and staff will use the content of the mandate letters as we set our policy and advocacy objectives.
