The AMO Annual Conference attracts over 1700 delegates, houses a tradeshow floor of over 130 exhibitors, and is the primary forum where elected officials at all levels of government, municipal staff and decision-makers and others involved in the municipal sector gather to exchange ideas and shape the future of the sector.

Get the attention of this valuable market and stand out from your competition. With signage, giveaways, event sponsorships and more, you can stay top of mind with municipal leaders and the decision makers throughout the Conference.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • Staff Badges will be available for pick-up on-site.
  • No Staff Badges will be mailed out for this show.
  • Badge Registration will close on July 19th, 2010.
  • All registration after that date must be completed on-site.
  • Staff badges are only issued to exhibitor personnel who will be setting up, working in and tearing down the booth. Staff badges do not provide admittance to any conference session, tutorial, special event or meals. Please do not register your customers as booth staff as AMO has the right to request proper ID to collect their badge.
  • Each respective exhibitor must collect his/her own badge on-site. Each registered attendee will be allowed to pick up their own badge only - not for friends, colleagues, etc. Sorry, no exceptions.
  • Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the show floor at any time during the Conference.
  • If you have meetings or appointments with prospective clients, please make arrangements to meet them outside the show floor entrance at the arranged time.
