Leading sustainable initiatives in your community takes more than
sustainable ideas. It also takes vision, leadership and collaboration.
This hands-on workshop will help municipal leaders deliver on
sustainable principles and actually achieve results. The session will
tackle personal skills development, supporting your ability to
‘sell’ and ‘leverage,’ because it takes more
than a councillor or a council to get sustainable initiatives off the
ground - it takes a community.
Develop your understanding of what makes people tick and how
decisions are made, and learn how to use this knowledge to build
stronger partnerships and consensus around difficult short and long term
actions.
The workshop is suitable for all municipal council members and heads
of administration.
Workshops are from 9 am – 4 pm (Lunch included).
Registration starts @ 8:00 am.
