AMO's Annual Reporting is based on the required areas for AMO to meet its commitments under the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Revenues Under the New Deal for Cities and Communities (Agreement) as of December 31, 2005.

As contemplated in Part II – Roles and Responsibilities of the Parties section 2h) the Annual Expenditure Reports will be distributed all municipalities receiving gas tax funding as well being posted on AMO’s website.
