HealthForceOntario (formerly the PAIRO Registry) The Registry is intended to provide two way access between Ontario's communities, physicians-in-training and established physicians for both recruitment and retention purposes. The PAIRO Registry is meant to provide the communities with an opportunity to disseminate information about job opportunities and to provide physicians with community profiles and availability of work in the province.
