benefits program to Ontario municipalities and the broader Ontario
public sector.

benefits program costs through lower rates, as well as preferred expense
levels and reduced administrative costs.

The program offers flexible and enhanced
coverage options for staff and elected officials within small and
medium-sized organizations that may not have similar access options on a

municipalities with <75,000 populations that can truly benefit from
LAS’ ability to aggregate, the program may also be relevant for
larger municipalities and public sector organizations who have
standalone benefits plans, as the LAS plan often provides for reduced
administrative costs.
