Policy Advisor
Working in fast-paced and dynamic work environment, the ideal candidate must be an excellent public policy analyst with a related post secondary degree. You excel in policy research and analysis, are proactive in issue identification and problem solving with an advanced understanding of the current public policy and municipal, provincial and federal political environments. You have a strong knowledge of government structures and processes as a result of direct, multi-year workplace experience (minimum 2- 3 years). Highly developed analytical skills, superior computer literacy skills, strong knowledge of municipal governments, excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective relationship management will benefit applicants.  A significant component of the position will involve preparing well-crafted and timely policy and communication materials. AMO offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
