Federal Gas Tax Revenue - Annual Expenditure and Outcomes Reporting Module

AMO is pleased to administer the federal Gas Tax Fund – the only stable, long-term and predictable source of funding for municipal infrastructure.

This reporting module allows municipalities to fulfill requirements of sections 7.1 a to g, 7.2 and 8 of the Municipal Funding Agreement for the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Revenues under the New Deal for Cities and Communities.

The Annual Audit Statement or Treasurer’s Certificate as required in section 7.1h and 7.1i should be sent to AMO separately.
