AMO-Frequency Foundry Partnership - An Introduction. November 28, 2019.

AMO and Frequency Foundry introduce the partnership and demonstrate the product Signal, a digital CRM/online 3-1-1 solution available to members. Implementing Signal will allow municipalities to manage and resolve 3-1-1 requests from residents, allow public users to track their requests, as well as benefit from dashboards, analytics and many other customer service features.
