Navigating the Road to Resilience – LAS IPE Risk Management Symposium
LAS and Intact Public Entities Risk Symposium, October 4, is a one day virtual event.
This year's theme of Navigating the Road to Resilience will discuss critical municipal risk issues such as climate resiliency and the Natural Assets Initiative, cyber security, risk data management and more.
Who Should Attend
If you are responsible for managing risk within your municipality, this day and half event is designed to support you. We recommend that risk managers along with IT, finance and any other partners you work with should attend for a robust experience as some of the most difficult issues you manage will be addressed head on.

2:15pm | Ransomware Resilience in Action: A Tabletop Exercise |
Ever wondered what happens during a cyber incident? What does it look like in your system? Join us for this exciting interactive session as ISA Cybersecurity conducts a demonstration of a ransomware attack. You get to participate too, either as a threat actor, incident responder, or key stakeholder. The exercise aims to explore the actions, decision-making, and collaboration required to investigate and respond to a ransomware incident effectively. After the demonstration and Q&A session, you’ll come away with a broader appreciation for the various aspects of a cyber attack, and will be better prepared to evaluate your own incident preparedness and response plans.
