Manager, Procurement Services

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Business Services & Chief Procurement Officer, this role requires a strong leader and experienced procurement professional to provide subject matter expertise for the City’s procurement of goods and services. Develops, implements and maintains the framework of policies and procedures. Oversees the Procurement Services section, directly supervising a team of Procurement Business Partner/Process Managers, managing procurement issues and bid disputes.
