Sobi Ragunathan, Senior Vice President of Operations, Strategy, and Partnerships, 4S Consulting Services

Sobi is a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety Professional with more than 22 years experience in creating sustainable OHS programs for Canadian workplaces. Sobi has more than 10 years of experience in a health and safety role for the construction industry. Sobi focuses on helping 4S customers in creating a strong workplace safety culture. She specializes in auditing, consulting, and implementing safety programs for large and small clients in construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, municipal government, and healthcare. One of the major strengths of Sobi is to help 4S clients achieve and maintain sustainable Health and Safety Management Systems such as ISO 45001:2018.

Vanessa Blount, Program Management Consultant, WSIB

Vanessa is passionate about the Health and Safety Program created by WSIB and helping Ontario businesses understand the value of health and safety. Before joining Workplace Health and Safety Services, Vanessa focused her last 20 years in the healthcare sector where she led program development, quality improvement and performance measurement in private, government, non-profit and charitable organizations.
