Access to the AMO Conference app will open on Friday, August 15.
Forms
The following forms must be completed by June 20:
- AMO App corporate profile (if you are also a sponsor, use the link sent by email)
- Trade Show Access Passes
- Complimentary Package B Registration (Complete one form per booth)
The following forms are for any additional services you require at your booth:
- Stronco Show Services (coming soon) - shipment, furniture - due June 20
- Encore - internet and electrical orders - due August 6
- Validar - lead retrieval device rental information - due August 6
- Rogers Centre Services - due August 6
Ensure that anyone who will be staffing your booth has a copy of all orders.
