As the Team Lead, you will be the most senior staff member in the newly established Data and Quality Assurance Unit within the Property Tax Services Partnerships Branch in the Ministry of Finance. You will guide a skilled team, champion evidence-based decisions, and contribute to supporting Ontario's municipalities through accurate, reliable property tax data.

About the job
In this role, you will:

• Lead and coach a team of data professionals focused on property tax and assessment data validation;
• Direct analysis and verification of large-scale datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legislation;
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve data discrepancies and support municipal tax processes;
• Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to support ongoing data integrity and operational excellence.
