POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Director of Development provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Town's development, planning, and building functions. This role ensures efficient and compliant operations that support Council and senior leadership decision-making, and helps advance the Town's long-term vision for sustainable growth and community development.
