Responding to the Proposed Amendments under the RRCEA (ERO #019-4656)

Yesterday, M3RC submitted a detailed letter during the open consultation period held by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks for the proposed amendments to the producer responsibility regulations for tires, batteries and electrical and electronic equipment made under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act (RRCEA), 2016.
