Make Your Municipal Move: Campaign Overview and Municipal Partner Information Session

Join us for a webinar on AMO’s new advertising campaign, Make Your Municipal Move.

Launched under the Municipal Workforce Development Project, Make Your Municipal Move is designed to reintroduce municipal careers as meaningful work, with opportunities for Ontarians of any education background or experience level.

This webinar will be delivered by Municipal Workforce Development Project Team and our campaign consultant, Earnscliffe Strategies. The session will provide an overview of the campaign’s strategic approach, followed by a walkthrough of the Campaign Toolkit and how it can be applied at the local level.

This session is intended for municipal staff, particularly those working in human resources, communications, and management, as well as sector partners.

Participants will learn how municipalities and partners can:

• Access branded campaign assets and templates

• Integrate campaign messaging with existing municipal branding

• Apply campaign materials to support local recruitment efforts

• Extend campaign reach through municipal communication channels
