AMO’s Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan

Reconciliation is a long-term commitment that involves AMO as an entire organization. AMO’s Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan (IRAP) represents AMO’s next major, concrete step towards reconciliation. This plan reflects AMO’s commitment to fostering relationships, listening, learning, and honouring Indigenous Peoples’ rights. AMO’s Indigenous Advisory Council initiated and guided Plan’s development and will continue to inform its implementation over the coming years.
